Products

Orders
All orders must be confirmed before midnight to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midnight will be delivered the following delivery day.

Shipping
Delivery is not free. Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fee directly to the rider based on their location.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered unless the item is broken or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, customers must report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos.

Refunds
We do not provide cash refunds. If there is an issue with an order, customers may exchange the item for another product of equal value or receive a store gift card.

Product Use
Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before purchase. Krezi Dilz is not responsible for personal reactions or preferences related to scents or products.
